1. long-term vision(長期的なビジョン、展望)
I'd like to hear about your long-term vision.
対義は short-term goal(短期的目標)。
2. Where do you see yourself in 〜?(〜後、自分がどうなっていると思いますか?)
Where do you see yourself in five or ten years?

4. take initiative / take ownership(主体的に動く/当事者意識を持つ)
I believe someone has to take initiative / We value people who can take ownership.
5. resonate with 〜(〜の心に響く、〜に深く共感する)
That vision really resonates with me.
(The sound resonated through the hall.
Kirishima: Hello, Ao. I'm Kenichi Kirishima, the CEO. Naruse has told me a lot about you, and I was impressed by your background. Thank you for making it to the final round.
Ao: Thank you, Mr. Kirishima. It's an honor to meet you. I'm excited to be here.
Kirishima: Let's get started. I'd like to hear about your long-term vision. Where do you see yourself in five or ten years?
Ao: That's a great question. In five years, I'd like to become a team leader who drives sales strategy. In ten years, I hope to take on a broader role, maybe managing a whole department. Ultimately, I want to grow alongside the company and help it expand into new markets.
Kirishima: That aligns well with our direction. Now, let me ask you something different. When you face a difficult decision and there's no clear answer, how do you handle it?
Ao: I try to gather as much information as I can, and I talk with the people involved to understand different perspectives. But in the end, I believe someone has to take initiative and make a decision. I'm comfortable taking that responsibility.
Kirishima: I like that mindset. We value people who can take ownership. Do you have any questions for me?
Ao: Yes. As the CEO, what is your long-term vision for the company over the next decade?
Kirishima: Great question. My goal is to make Talenta AI the industry standard across Asia within ten years. To get there, we need people who are willing to grow with us. I hope you'll be one of them.
Ao: Thank you. That vision really resonates with me, and I'd love to be part of that journey.
